Services

We provide domestic/commercial cleaning services as outlined in the service agreement or as agreed upon with the customer.

Our cleaners will arrive at the scheduled time and complete the agreed-upon tasks to the best of their ability.

Any changes or additional services requested by the customer must be communicated to the Company in advance and may incur additional charges.

Payment

Payment for services is payable at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed.

We accept payment via cash, credit/debit card, or electronic transfer.

Late payments may incur additional fees.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services at any time, with or without cause.

Customers may also terminate services at any time by providing written notice to the Company.

Liability

 While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your property, we are not liable for any damages or losses incurred during the provision of our services.

Customers are responsible for securing any valuable items or sensitive information before our cleaners arrive.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling

Clients are encouraged to reschedule appointments whenever possible rather than canceling outright.

Late Arrivals
